Millican Reserve

Millican Reserve is nearly three thousand acres of private land dedicated to conservation and healthy community. Located on the south side of College Station, Texas, Millican Reserve includes substantial acreage for open space, homes, farms, trails, and more. The Millican Reserve Land Conservancy seeks sustainable partnerships with the local community, conservation-oriented developers, and other like-minded collaborators in pursuit of its mission of building healthy community around nature.

Millican Reserve is building healthy community in the Texas Brazos Valley.  They are a new community weaved together over thousands of acres of open space, farms, trails, and homes.  Home to an award-winning lakefront boathouse, Millican Reserve hosts farmers markets, hiking, biking and equestrian events, summer camps, and much more.  Residents make their homes in one of their three newest neighborhoods: the Creek, the Hollow, and the Meadows.
